Great lather as always and nice brush for lathering.
Shave with same razor & blade combo was sharpish, comfy and ok smoothness.
3 multiple passes with between BBS and DFS result. Still some weepers. 8.5/10 rating...

Post shave: Cold water splash, Witch Hazel
Balm: Bart's Balm Rosemary and Sandalwood Balm & Lotion
Aftershave: Proraso Sandalwood

Smooth and comfortable.
I like this GSB blade, it is pairing well with the Rex and suits me just fine.
I am also enjoying the Cold water shaves on these warm muggy days.

Razor - Murker 34G
Blade - Wilkinson (6)
Post - Alum followed by moisturiser with SPF

I was inspired by @Palmolive fox to try once again and use my decade old Wilkinson Blue Bowl soap. I had a standby just incase. Previous attempts at lathering this soap haven't been great, despite using it when I first tried DE shaving. I decided to rub some of the puck on my face to make sure I got s reasonable lather. Success. In hindsight, this combination should've been saved for a Wilkinson Wednesday, is that a thing?

An almost three pass shave and a nice comfortable shave.

Same here, started with this soap about 10 years ago - actually finished the first bowl long time ago. I have one in reserve and give it a go occasionally. I also had trouble getting a good lather at first, but now I get plenty, due to blooming, nubbed bowl and sythetic brush. Nothing special but for the price it's not bad.

Quote' I decided to rub some of the puck on my face..'.this is exactly what i do with alot of my soaps, such as WS soap bowl,Williams Mug shaving Soap & MWF 'The Fat' and a few others,it's a good way to use up shaving soaps you haven't gave much attention to in the past..I was the same with the WS soap bowl my first few lather attempts failed miserably,as did a few other soaps..but with patience and trial & many errors i finally achieved a acceptable lather..'Wilkinson Sword Wednesday'..Sounds good to me. ;)
Enjoy your shaves with whatever shaving soap or cream you use.i do.
