SOTD : Saturday 16th May - Friday 22th May 2020

Mon 18th May.

RazoRock 400. SE-Plissoft noir
Faena-Sandalwood
RazoRock Hawk V3-OC,HD handle
Schick Proline [ 2 ]
GB Grey Flannel

I am Six Shaves in with The Hawk V3, and now using it with a Proline Blade. It may be early days but already I am finding that if used with a light touch it is outperforming a lot of AC/SE Razors that I have used. With the Proline on board it deals with my heavy beard quite efficiently, and apart from a blip yesterday all have been trouble free. Today my care and attention was rewarded with a satisfyingly close all round finish, up there with the best. All these Shaves have been consecutive, and now I am getting used to the Razor there is no post Shave soreness or irritation.

I swapped out the #2 plate for the #3 and was rewarded with a very smooth close shave, obviously my technique has improved and the Supply now delivers a shave on par with the Vintage injectors i have.
A nice face lather today with the Alpha Ti G4 working very well.
A nice post shave leaving me soft supple BBS and smelling real good.
Stay safe and enjoy your day All

Pre - Clarins face wash
Soap - TOBS Sandalwood
Brush - Trumpers travel silver tip brush
Razor - MÜHLE R89
Blade - Wilkinson (1)
Post - Alum followed by Trumpers Skin food then Super Facialist moisturiser.

A nice comfortable shave. A few rough patches around the base of my neck (not uncommon). Three passes, almost with no touch-ups. Not because I did't need any, I just decided not to keep dragging the blade across my skin while I don't need to be BBS. I decided to use my travel brush. For various reasons it hasn't got much use the past six months, now looks unlikely to get much travel use in the following six months.

Soap: Wholly Kaw King of Oud
Razor: Merkur Mergress (2)
Blade: Super Iridium BN-84 (3)

Last shave of the mine site assignment. And probably the best traveling shave I have experienced. Everything came together beautifully, resulting in a very comfortable three pass shave for a DFS+ result.
Homeward bound, at least for a short while.
Surely you mean Merkur Futur?

Mon 18th SOTD
Cream MacaRoot & Aloe
Bowl Timeless
Brush Yaqi 24mm Aqua Tuxedo
Razor Game Changer.84-P
Blade SuperMax Platinum 2nd
Post & Aftershave
Ice Water + Special Thayers Lemon Mix
Hyaluronic Acid
MacaRoot Aloe Water Gel
Great lather always from this cream. Today's lather is creamily thick and slick. Nice scent too. Application by brush ooooo so nice! Shave with GC.84 paired with blade was ok smooth but hmmm just not as good as 1st use. 3 multiple enjoyable pass but was surprised by a tiny weeper under right jawline resulting from the atg pass from ear to throat. No other issues like irritation. Result of shave between BBS to DFS with rating of 9/10.
