Creams - Peering down the ‘rabbit hole’, just need a shove…

Trumpers (Limes is my favourite)
Cyril R Salter
Ach Brito Lavanda (expensive, but lasts a long time)
Palmolive
Ingrams (if they're producing it again as hinted).
You might find Nivea creams in Poundland (excellent cream at a silly cheap price)

Get stuck in and find what you like, and sell the ones you don't.

I like Trumpers Limes but I come out in an itchy rash when I have used it, I think that the itchiness is called Hives by some. I have asked Trumpers if their products contain Tartrazine and they have confirmed it in the form of CI 19140.

In my case the rash turned into cracked skin after a day, looked like a dried up river bed!

If you are unlucky enough to be also allergic to Tartrazine/CI19140 then you may may want to check the ingredients.

I have recently acquired a tube of AB Lavanda and yes, you don't need much for a nice creamy brush load. I must say I like Ach Brito stuff, I've got a bar of Mogno, a puck of Musgo and a tube of Lavanda and they all perform well. Proraso Red and Palmolive classic are the only other creams I have. They all work well, although something irrational in me makes me prefer hard soaps and I have no explanation why. If I get any more cream it'll be because it's lime, which seems to be best as cream.

So you and paul are joint funding my lavanda purchase then? Having spent 3 months working in London and topping up on a variety of Trumpers products, I dont have any space so your both fortunate I have to make some room before I buy anything else.....

Lavanda shaving cream isn't very expensive. The ingredients list isn't as modern as it should be, hence I traded mine to Hotmetal as he is less delicate than myself...
