Soap - Arko Moist Shaving Cream
Brush - Yaqi 24mm Plissoft
Razor - Gillette Fat Handle Tech
Blade - Voskhod (7)
Post - Brut Oceans

Arko shaving soaps (stick and puck) have quite a divisive scent, but the Arko Moist shaving cream has a scent which I imagine would be a lot less divisive, it's a pleasing mild fougere scent, I'd say it's quite similar to the Superdrug Forest Fresh splash. For the price of £1.49 from Amazon, I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking to bump up your order if you a few quid short and want to get £20 free shipping.
I caught an air pocket in the tube and squeezed out a lot more shaving cream than I'd normally use, but created a denser lather than I usually favour but it seemed to perform a lot better than I expected, it was a thick dense glossy lather. Lovely smooth results with the blade and razor. Finished the shave with Brut Musk, and I'll be honest I wasn't massively enthusiastic about it when I first used it, but it's growing on me.

Have a good day gents.

A very pleasant shave this morning. The Game Changer is a very smooth razor with a Feather blade, maybe it gets a little closer than the R106 (R89), but not much. The Barrister’s Reserve Fern is a very nice soap.

Its been a while since i used the Canadian VC1, it is probably the mildest razor i have, 3 passes and a touch up for a DFS++ finish.
A very enjoyable shave.
Stay safe and enjoy your day All

This afternoon -

razor - Cobra Classic
blade - Schick Proline P30 (1)
brush - Frank Shaving 22mm two-band
soap - SV Tundra Artica
post - witch hazel
a/s - Santa Maria Fiore
balm - Weleda.

Eleven day growth coming off - I finished my Leaf Twig experiment after eight shaves, rather than the ten I proposed, as I felt I had learned all I was going to about the razor. Bottom line - excellent for me in pretty much every respect and a keeper. Thanks to the generosity of friends on the forum I have a selection of AC standard blades to try and wanted to return to this sort of razor after quite a hiatus - Colonial General and ATT SE to follow. With this much beard to take off - let's start at the top of the food chain with the Cobra. What's the worst that can happen? :) A razor that enjoys a certain notoriety - which it fully deserves. I bought mine many years ago when they were still in production and I didn't know what I was doing. Cut myself up a treat and it went to the back of the den. Rediscovered about a decade later when I had actually learned how to shave properly and what a razor it is. It does require the best of prep and surrounding cast - no muscle memory here for me - total concentration at all times, but it will reward you with the closest of shaves. I enjoyed that - I hope you enjoy yours - cheers - I.

Thanks @Paul L & @Boycie83

Prep: Shower with PAA cube menthol.

Pre: PAA cube unscented.

Soap: Stirling Orange Chill.

Brush: PAA Phantom Aerolite Synthetic Shaving Brush.

Razor: Hone 15a.

Blade: Astra SP.

Post: Alum and Baxter’s aftershave balm.

I recently picked up another Stirling soap, and I prefer this to citron version I have already, but it might be a seasonal thing. Regardless another great scent and shave from Stirling and hone 15a combo!
