What pets do you have?

Hope all is well with Max,Tony.
Max is home after his long day, he is groggy and I am sure he will pull round. Nothing major found, a heart murmur to monitor along with a slight heart enlargement, he also has an infection in his windpipe which will be treated with antibiotics. They say the heart issues do not require medication yet.
Just so please to get him home.
How long does it take you?

Btw what's the difference between a normal pair of clippers and these pet clipps you see out there? Aren't they essentially the same thing?
It used to take me a couple of hours to bathe, dry, brush out and clip one dog.
I have no idea what the difference is between dog and human clippers, probably just the price. ;)
It's just easier to put them into the groomers for me now.

We’ve got a cat called Sam, he’s a furry little turd machine, we got him as a kitten, he likes to bring up hair balls on the stairs, and sits there watching to see if you step in it for amusement. Cats are loyal to no one but themselves. They also have a basic understanding of gravity and will try to trip you up with an aim to kill you. Don’t get a cat unless you’re ok with a pint sized fuck faced killing machine in your home.

with it being so hot I'm wondering has anyone got one of those cooling mats for you pets?

Seen one in b & m the other day regret not getting, will grab it from there next time

I think many of us saw this coming, sadly:

Drives me into a rage, as you say saw it coming a mile off. Myself and the Mrs were discussing this exact thing a couple of months into the start of lockdown. Just wish some people would think of the animals first, wishful thinking I suppose.

Petplan lifetime cover has worked for me, only had to use it a couple of times but no issues with covering vets fees.
yea i got four free weeks of petplan cover when i adopted her from the shelter which is going to run out soon, so im planning to ring them early next week and get a quote

thats good to hear youve not had any issues, how much do you roughly pay pet month? just to give me a guesstimare?

i understand lifetime covers are better as it covers for on going issues like diabetes for example for life instead of just till the end date of the policy
