Prep: Warm shower / Original Source Cherry & Almond Shower Milk.



Pre:


Cold wet flannel to my face.


Pears ~ Transparent Soap Bar.


Brush: Semogue 1470.


Face Lather.


Soap : Fine ~ Fresh Vetiver.


Blade: Voskhod Teflon Coated .(4)


Razor: The Ab Inox Eco Safety Razor.


Post:

Cold Water Face Rinse./Homemade peppermint eucalyptus, Tea Tree , lemon essential Oils + menthol crystals Witch Hazel Mixture./ Blue Stratos ASL.

Last use of the Voskhod blade which still feels smooth & sharp on it's fourth use i feel as though i could easily get a few more shaves from this blade but i won't purely because i have a boat load of various de blades to last me for the next few years.

Another very enjoyable 3 pass+ pick ups DFS/near BBS shave with the Ab Inox Eco Safety Razor with no errors to report.

Finishing to the shave off with a generous dollop of Creightons ~ Sensitive PSB.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling divine.;)

Firstly I'd like to apologise for the photo. I wanted to take it before my first pass. Forgot, got carried away and took it after the carnage and mess of the first pass. So it started being artistic, ended up being hectic and...... rustic??
However, it was a great 3 pass shave after a day's work in the garden. My treat at the end of the day. I still marvel at the genius of at the Gillette Adjustable as it's only a smidgen away from the imperious performance of the Rockwell yet was produced 60 years previous.
I've got the soaps in this rotation dialled in so I'm gonna change them next month and see how that goes, got a couple of different blades too.

Always a nice lather from Arko. Really slick. What a scent...1
Shave with razor and blade was comfortable...too comfortable and tempted me to be aggressive under jawline and results in some weepers. 3 multiple passes and between BBS and DFS with 8/10 rating.

Second outing with the Tech , it is definitely a razor you have to treat with a bit of respect but it delivers a nice shave. I was going to try it on my Aluminium Karve Handle but it doesn't fit.

A lovely face lather with the Valentia from Signature Soaps.

A nice face lather today with the DS, I am not sure what model it is? (@Boycie83 ?)
I have been taking particular notice this week of the areas that require buffing after the initial 2 passes and today, in these areas, i slowed my pace and shortened the shave stroke, mainly on the devils whirlpools, my chin and top lip.
Result BBS in 2 passes. Mind you, this is with the Vector with a 1 shave blade in it.
I will see how this goes over the next week.
