~SOTD~ 10th August Thursday
Pass around Rocnel SE-G
Day three, today I rounded the corners of my Pal super carbon blade with an old hone stone because I was picking up sometimes deep sometimes not so deep scratches / cuts from the outer edges of the blade when shaving.
I was begining to look like an African tribesman with the scarification on my face two of which look like they are going to be permanent .
I whipped up a great lather from the great Vaobra in my Little Wren bowl and painted the lather on with the ever so soft Razorock silvertip Synthetic .
The shave today changed , no more scratching from the blade edges so no more blood loss, riding the cap I had a smooth and relitively comfortable shave apart from under my nose where it is impossible to maintain the correct angle for comfort and opened up some wounds from yesterday.
I think this razor is flawed in its design for the edges of the blade to dig in under normal shaving and my doctoring of my blade has shown this and stopped this from happening.
A good application of BBA post shave balm was soothing and eased the discomfort on the area above my top lip.
I finished with a dab or three of Tom Ford ~ London (copy perfume oil from Mr Perfume) on my upper chest and pulse points.
I may give my face a chance to recover tomorrow and use my Blackland Sabre, a much better razor in my opinion and one that has never drawn blood or left scars on my face.

Whishing you all a good day........
