Yardley Gold Shaving Cream

I bought this cream of ebay and it comes from India, I must say that I'm impressed by the pleasant smell and thick, protective and slick lather. I didn't sniff Yardley Gold Aftershave so I can't compare if the cream smells similar as the Original scent but it smells very nice.
Other shaving cream that I have from India is Old Spice shaving creams. Yardley is way better then the Indian OS creams.

Are you talking about the pre-change Old Spice Cream Made in India or the new stuff? I have read the new stuff (not marked Shulton) from India is garbage.

I bought a month ago, its posted from a UK address but its made in India, its not terribly bad but to compare to Yardley

Good man, its a strange one in that its half foam half cream. Lathered with a brush.

Yardley Gold and Black Label always reminds me of my dad. Yardley was for a while owned by B.A.T. (British American Tobacco). Christmas time he always got some at discounted prices as he use to work for them.
