Planted the dahlias out and spent a long time - still spending it - cleaning my printer head. Sheesh!

Hard work in these temperatures but satisfying tidying up the garage and rediscovering many tools I knew I had but couldn't find.

Lazy morning at a hotel with my date then coffee and dim sum.
Train for an hour and then more coffee

Went for a 6 mile walk, had a shower and a fantastic shave and then took 'er indoors out for dinner. Had a beer while out, and then had a few more when I got home, sitting out in the back garden. Sweet...

Think I might go and grab another cool one...

Sunbathing in the back garden, listening to Sharpe's Waterloo on an audio book. Then a menthol shave. Bliss.

Ended up at an Indian festival downtown where free food and drinks were handed out left and right

For me, I went for a stroll across the Staffordshire hills with the wife, son and dog. It was a lovely afternoon for it.



We happened upon a bit of a modern amphitheatre too, which made me want to get a guitar and play, but I didn't have one to hand!

Cleaned the gutters, planted five new shoots taken of my larger citronella plant into smaller pots, prunned a couple bushes and trees, smoked a cigar outside on my front porch with a cool adult beverage.

This is not good for my diet I pass an Indian shop each day too/from work that makes the most divine Indian sweets, including burfi...I may have to call in.
