Kate Rusby - Who Will Sing Me Lullabies: http://youtu.be/No5FkAmTaJY

Oops was trying to post this in what are you listening to.
On my new old phone using tapatalk but messed it up

Cannot stand the tremalo or vibrato she - and many other singers - use to excess instead of singing a pure note. I notice a lot of Scots do it in their party piece songs, Callas used to do it so many opera singers followed suit. I cannot stand it!

To me it says that the singer can't hold a note but I'm convinced they do it for reasons beyond my comprehension and meanwhile it just annoys the shit outta me!

Does anyone know what it is about?

Yeah, not arguing that, Al!! Just I fail to get the wavering notes she does so often - in the track this post is about, anyway. I don't know her other stuff.

Maria Callas did it in the high registers, leading me to believe she couldn't get there straight - and keeping me away from opera during her entire reign. They sing it clean nowadays and I love it, love it, love it.

Never heard of Jason Orange but have heard of Take That. I think it is/was a Boy Band? Along with B&M stores, there are many things I'm glad I don't know about.

So yeah! I feel very suicidal about that - I bet you can tell.
