Unable to upload photos

Ive been trying to uplaod a couple of pics and Im having the same problem I encountered a few months ago.
When I press the button to 'add the file' I get the following message at the top:
Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.
Boab very kindly sorted it the last time,,can you help me gain please Boab.

Thanks antdad,
I looked at this the last time but didn't want to download another album program, I normally dont have any problems, a simple resize and upload and its done but not today :? .
I'll have another try and if it doesn't work I'll go with your tutorial.

Appreciate that but ideally I'd like to be able to upload the way Ive always done it, its what you get used to I guess:
my pics, resize,(Nero Photsnap) and upload
The last time this happened, Boab was able to sort it somehow and everything was fine.
