Do you mean the coupon isn't working or you can't access the site?

Rolatruck got the coupon code to work in the end, it was caused by holding the shift key down that for some reason caused an issue. Try just typing it in normally, it automatically applies capital letters.

I have let my site technicians know that some are having issues with this to try and make sure it doesn't happen in the future. Thank you very much for letting me know!

Sent a screenshot of the failing page.

Tried in three different browsers (IE, Chrome and Firefox), same result.

Rest of the site works fine, but I notice that is on http rather than https
 
The site loads fine for me. The important pages are all https, and the SMOOTHSHAVE coupon works on the monthly subscription. Chrome browser btw.

Tried it on another computer today, via Firefox. Working fine

Are you still having problems with this? I have spoken with the engineers for the site and they have tried many different connections but cannot replicate the issue you are experiencing. We're also seeing other sites report that the store is fine:

Some of the suggestions are:
1. Have you got a smart phone you can try it on?
2. clear your browser cache. Sometimes browsers like IE get an error once and then refuse to check the site for a status change.

Been trying to get onto this site, to find out prices, for the last two days it will let me on the home page but no matter which browser I use it will not let me see the subscribe page. Can you give me a rundown of the prices on here?

Hi, just to let you know managed to get onto the page using a computer. The issues I saw were when I was using my phone.
I'm just trying to figure out if its right for me :)
I really don't need the first box , the OH will break down if I got it haha.
What kind of things are in the regular box after the first? Just trying to get an idea of typical contents and the sample sizes.

That puts the month to month subscription at £19.96 a month and includes a safety razor, shaving brush, two brands of soap made by small independent producers in the UK, 2 packs of replacement blades, alum matchsticks, and a guide on how to wet shave (though I doubt many on this forum will need any tips).

After this first month all recurring boxes include new soaps to try, more replacement blades, and extra products such as shaving oil, balm, aftershave etc. It changes every month to keep things interesting.

Delivery is included for free.

Larger discounts can be obtained by signing up for larger subscriptions such as 6 or 12 months.

I understand many of you on this forum won't be needing an extra razor and brush and would rather skip straight to the recurring monthly boxes. This option will be available for next month's box and will be opening up in a few days time. I will announce it on here so you guys are aware.
