Save button on reply screen

For some reason especially when I'm at work I find myself clicking the SAVE button at the bottom of the reply screen instead of SUBMIT. I know I'm a tosser but where does my text go when I hit SAVE? I invariably sit and await a reply to my interesting and informative post then check and see it isn't there!

I've never paid the save button any attention. It might be worth using though, as I invariably spend a great deal of time and thought on each and every post I make here. Sometimes I need to pause for inspiration.
