Rolls Razor

I recently required a rolls razor in really good condition. It needs some minor polishing here and there and the carton is actually pretty nice. I am trying to find out how to date it? If anybody has any information on dating this piece that would be great. Thanks gentlefolk.

If memory serves me correctly, there should be two numbers stamped on the spine (back) of the blade. Which will give you the date.
