Request to transfer history

Because of the access problems I was experiencing I tried setting up a new account - which seems to have resolved the problem. However, this means I will either lose history or get any notifications sent to my wife's email address - neither is an optimum solution.

Would the admin staff please try and find a solution - either transfer history from UKRob to UKRob2 whilst also transferring the email address - or re-set the problem with UKRob so that I can go back to using that account.
