Razor ID?

I thought I'd found a double ring at first but it ain't! The handle isn't quite right and the head is an odd mix of old and new type designs. The box is very similar to a double ring too. So is this an old razor copied from Gillettes design or a modern fake/hybrid?

On the real double ring, both rings are the same size. I don't believe that this one has equal rings. Could be one of those French razors.

You know, I did buy a Double Ring copy from a member here(as a copy) that would look really good in this case and might just pass on eBay for a couple a100!

Cheers John, yeah I was prepared to bid quite a bit on this until I realised it wasn't the real deal. I wonder if someone is going come unstuck on this one!
