There really is no story, I saw it in a youtube video and couldn't find any way to google it. I've had the image on my computer for a while and just thought I'd ask you fellas.

I think its Toby Ales the "C" might be a symbol. Charrington used that brand.

I concur with "TOBY ALES" and the bit in the middle is a logo, possibly a profile of the Toby Jug dude?

The website for the Talbot Mill has a section on their neighbours (this building being one) and puts that picture at 1973.
