Newbie - Had a go

EJ89, EJ89, doesn't anymore Gillette any more?
If I may make an observation. Hasn't everyone, or almost everyone that's a beginner and has problems, have them on a EJ 89 or one of it's I'll?
Why not start out on a nice tame Super Speed or a 1940 ish Tech. and a nice mild Gillette blade.
Millions all over the world started that way and it seemed to have worked.
It might just be me but I couldn't cut myself if I tried with one of those.

Again, it might be how I learned but I do always have to show some respect for a Merkur, Muhle, EJ, etc.
