Combining genres is interesting I've seen a couple of different duck and chicken Chinese foods in a Tortilla.

I think I'll draw the line at Sweet and Sour pork in a large Yorksire pudding though.

Indeed - it's not exactly a new idea to combine two different cuisines - the chicken tikka pasty, the macaroni pie, ...
