New APShaveCo Synthetic Knots

Ok, well it seems everyone on this forum has now decided to stop buying shaving gear, but I saw APSC have a few new synthetic knots for sale.

Supposedly the same fibres as the ones used by Simpsons.

Simpsons Sovereign = APSC Independent
Simpsons Platinum = APSC Titanium

Has anyone used any of the Simpsons synths?

Here's a picture of the APSC Independent, 24mm fan (£11)

I shouldn't worry Shubs, I'm sure the no buy failure rate will be quite high! Me included! :)

I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, I've been reading some find the newer generation of synthetic fibres are a little bit harder and more springy than the ones before it (eg Cashmere, SynBad etc).
