Help with dating a straight if possible.

Hello all, I was browsing in a antique / junk shop yesterday and picked up some old straights for a couple of quid each, two of them are in nice order and won't take to much work to get them looking good but the third one ( which is well used and a bit rusty ) looks a bit older and I can't find any info on the maker or rough date of manufacture which would be useful in my process of learning about straights..I have put it on my polishing wheel to get some of the rust of, there is some pitting left which could be polished out or just left.

Any info on the straight would be useful..thanks , Steve.
