Had a few SEs for a while now and finally got round to using one this afternoon. Feels really natural, fuss free, effective. Okay okay, it was hardly a secret here, was it.

Still a bit early to write off my DEs but I'm already wondering if I can now curb my compulsion to scour eBay for bargains, or am I simply about to swap the devil for the deep blue sea?

I used an Ever Ready 1912. Common as muck but great little thing. I have 2 so might give one to my old man for Xmas. Apparently he just dry shaves with disposables at the moment so maybe he wont be too interested, but I could imagine this thing actually being okay to dry shave with if you're already doing that.
