Geo. F. Trumper Sandalwood Shaving Soap

I picked up a cake of Trumper Sandalwood soap yesterday, and used it this morning.

Basically, all you need to do, is go and read my review of their Rose soap, and substitute the word 'rose' with the word 'sandalwood'.

Actually, the Sandalwood scent is very light and subtle, and doesn't really bear any resemblence to their cologne of the same name. I am finding that the Sandalwood scent is open to very broad interpretation, but this soap smells very nice indeed.

I recently bought the Sandalwood cream and really like the scent, although I do admit that Trumper's interpretation of the Sandalwood scent is different.

Does the soap smell like the cream?

Soap and cream are very different I hear. Stick with the soap for scent, it's divine.

+1. Although every now and then its scent reminds me of Tabac, which I don't particularly like.
