So this morning I was gearing up for a shave with the DE, new blade in too.
Cleansed and soaked face with warm water, and applied pre-shave lotion. So far so good. On with the shaving cream building a nice lather, felt great. Then I took the razor to my face, did 2 passes, once with and once across. For some reason I applied more pressure than I usually do and took 'lazy rushed swipes' as well causing some cuts.
I did prepare usually well, and I normally have a smooth one, so maybe I'm rushing a bit and being a bit heavy handed? Or should I try and leave the face lathered up for a bit longer? Usually I go straight in after a minute of lathering.
