Chapped lips

I noticed that every time I used the Proraso pre (white tub) my lips would dried out and get chapped lips as soon after I shaved. Not immediately but say in an hour or so. Has anyone had this experienced in any of their favorite pre shave stuff?
 
No chapping problem... But find that if I do a final lather, after I finish shaving, and leave it on for a couple of mins it seems to help resolve the Age Lines!!!!
 
After reading this, I noticed just this with my Edwin Jagger Pre/Post Cream ... which I strongly suspect is much the same product. Not chapped, but dried out. The shaving soap/cream restores things - I tend to use an olive oil based cream.
