I live across the pond and used email to converse with Mervyn. I requested a Prince tribute brush and my logo of choice - the excellent results (including a purple called "purple rain") below. His design, his advice. Mervyn even offered to try a 2nd blank. Should be arriving shortly. Excited would be an understatement.

I've had one of Mervyn's brushes in black badger, which is a superb brush. I'm currently waiting for a beehive in 26mm silvertip, which I hope will turn up shortly.
Thoroughly recommend them from all aspects.
