British Made Personna Super Stainless (Platinum Coated Edge)

I have a pack of these. I've clicked the pack apart and found all the blades in very good condition with the oil still very present. Edges look good under a cursory scan with a magnifier. I do have a question, thought ... what vintage are these? 1980s?

Or 70's I'd say from the logo. I tried one of their old "Vydex" blades once. Rougher than a cob.

I might well try one of these sometime ...

Any advance on '70s? Is there a British pack with a price tag on may with or definitively without a 1/2 penny?

The half penny on a price tag would put it post-1971 and confirmed lack of a half penny, post-1984 ... so 1970s or 1980s. It's something I look out for on vintage price tags to establish a ballpark decade.

There are some Personna Injectors on eBay with the same font, and they are advertised as being from the 1980's.

Edit, another seller have blades that look like yours. They are dated for 1985

Yeah, blimey ... that is a price. My pack was included in something or other, chucked in. It's only that I'm enjoying Personna in these ASR double edge razors at the moment that they came under my focus.

Here's another pack which says "Drugs" so American ... but it does say "Glydex" at the top. I'll give 'em a go. Maybe in the ASR razor of the period they're not as bad as you experienced @Bogeyman
