Thanks everyone for your thoughts, prayers and condolences whether by pm or this thread. It was the funeral this morning and everything went very well and we, who are left, are all well.

To paraphrase Waugh (er, rather badly); the landslide is down and the mountainside is now swept bare.

I'm so sorry.
Your loss makes us think of our loved ones now gone. Glad things went as well as could be expected, it helps somewhat.
