Anyone used ioffer to buy anything..seen this but never heard of the site before..sorry if not allowed to post

Never seen that site before, it does seem to be American based, so you have customs to consider as well, (assuming you are UK based). That particular seller seems to have only 2 feedback, not enough for me to buy I am afraid.
 
Nice looking bit of hardware he has there, but I've never used the site yet myself. I have located folks on it that also list on eBay and/or are members on other forums, so I could check them out prior to dealing with them - one of my earlier blade sources for some Lord brands for one.
