You don't see these that often, and the price Achim has it up for is not that bad as i have seen these sets sell for alot more on the forums.....

The plating on the razor for this set is really good, highly polished nickel, looks like rhodium.

Good to see this. I recall my father had this travel set and I used it occasionally; unfortunately it was discarded some time ago before my interest in vintage shaving equipment surfaced. I subsequently obtained the flare tip a few years ago when I was rapidly acquiring razors; I didn't get the pouch though. A great performer.
