The perfect cake?

If you had to indulge in one cake for the rest of your life, what would it be? It would need to cover birthdays, Christmas, weddings etc.

For me, it would be carrot cake. Delicious to the last crumb.

Nothing beats it on draft! A trip home always involves stocking up on oatcakes and plum porter. Although I've found bargain booze will order it in for me so now have a local supply.
