Stupid SE blade question

Can you use both sides of an SE blade like you can a DE?

Probably a silly question but just curious before I dive in to my first SE shave this evening

I'm not sure there's anything to be gained by turning the blade over half way through. Though no doubt someone will tell me otherwise.
