And for today the theme was 'Welcome to the dark side' (or at least the photo says this)
Timeless 0.68
Gilette 365
Muhle synthetic Butterscotch
Gentlemen's Tonic cream
L'Occitane Cade balm
No scent as it was all about the shave
The past few weeks being too full to allow time to check in here at TSR I have finally found space and time to scribble a few lines together. This time and space being called 'work'. It is lovely to find myself back on the ship and away from the distractions called life and family.
One has to be somewhat selective and limited when travelling and for this particular trip I decided to take a tried and trusted approach.
The Timeless because my vision is tainted and I can't think of anything else which brings me so much Shaving pleasure in a single item. The Gentlemen's Tonic because what a brilliant cream it is. I would have happily stocked up for the next 10 years if Jame's at OSP didn't have other ideas. The Muhle synthetic as it always was to be my 'take away brush'. And it is a jolly nice colour.
The new kid on the block for me was the 365 blade as my usual weapon of choice would be a Polsilver Lodz. What a lovely surprise. I wouldn't call it the sharpest of blades but incredibly smooth and incredibly effective. With the Timeless a very wonderful pairing. I see more 365's in my 365 day life.
Altogether a pretty damn fine shave and up there with the best I can recall. Being as I can't recall much prior to yesterday that doesn't say too much.
Overall an excellent facial hair removing exercise which makes me think of bottoms and smooth.
