My experience of boar brushes is largely limited to the three I have owned in the last few years and my insights of shedding are observations from owning these particular brushes.
Two boars of those boar brushes are 'exact' Omega 80265's both bought at exactly the same time down to a processing mistake on Ebay.
The first of the 80265's I used was very prickly and has shed a number of bristles with every use and consequently my impression of Omega boar brushes was less than enthusiastic.
The second 80265 has shed a few bristles and been much softer on the face and now my impression of Omega boar brushes is far more enthusiastic!
Consequently my opinion which is far from comprehensive as it's based from my experience which is far more limited than those of many who post on this forum, that even with established brands boar brushes with great reputations regarding shedding there can be a degree of luck whether one gets a shedder or not.
