Shockwave Flash Crash

Could anyone tell me why my Shockwave Flash Player keeps crashing and what I can do about it please? Strangely it works on Explorer but not on Chrome at the moment.

Not able to offer you any assistance PC, other than to say that I keep Internet Explorer on my computer only for that reason - it can often be used as a backup browser till your 'real' one is working again

I suspect you may have the "droppings" from several versions of Flaash hanging about - they never uninstall them properly when you upgrade Flash....

If you look in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MACROMED\FLASH\ directory - there should be about 3-4 files max and only one ending .OCX

Of course this is all probably symptomatic of the crudware on your PC...
