I've read that some gents in this forum are mixing After Shaves with different scents to achieve new and improved fragrances. Some others tried to create their own After Shave lotions from scratch. My approach is somewhat different. I like to upgrade readily available After Shave lotions or balms with additional incredients, mainly to improve their qualities concerning skincare.
It all begun during last year in summertime as I started experimenting with menthol crystals as an add-on. Then later during the wintertime, I experimented with additional incredients that helped against dry skin. I tried adding Aloe Vera and D-Panthenol to some After Shaves and got convincing results.
I'm interested in your experiments and the results you accomplished. Maybe we can exchange our knowledge about some useful add-ons.
