Hi in relation to your lost razor, if you have no tracking code or order number, I would be emailing Edwin Jagger and asking when it was sent (they should have a dispatch date at the very least) and then contacting Royal Mail again. Hopefully that will give a time frame to work within. I hope you either get t or a replacement. If it doesn't arrive further emails to both Jagger and Royal to express your disapointment should be a follow up.
One other thought, I once had a missing book and the company swore they posted it, on rechecking with Royal Mail, they had tried to deliver it and left no card or acknowledgement. Hence it was returned to the sorting office. Good luck.
On the shaving front, i'd listen to the advice already given. I would say take your time, and for me the Astras work well with the razor your using.
