I've seen them on eBay... Really!!
Always overpriced.I don't have an empty one right now, but I'm sure someone will be willing to send you one for postage as soon as they empty one.

He has one inbound. P.I just use an empty "Chick" magazine. Of course, if you don't have one then that negates my advice.
