What is your thirstiest soap?

I never had much of an issue with soap thirst until recently.

I picked up a Wilkinson blue stick in Dresden and peculiar soap it is.

I use it in the same way as the trusty Mr Arko, rub on face and attack with my well shaked Omega 49.

This is the most condensed lather I ever witnessed let's say i had to dial much more water than usual. Arko would desolve in to a bubbely mess by now but not this stick, it kept saying feed me!

If you like thick dry lather you should be happy but this simply a PITA to use with a Gillette Contour as it's blocking the blades, slightly better with a DE.

I usually use an Arko stick. Recently I was in Austria, different water I guess but the lather made in the same way was more like drying emulsion paint than shaving lather. Different water I guess.

MWF.
It takes a lot of water as the required soap to water ratio is very low.

Speick stick also takes a ton, as do DRHarris and haslinger.

On the opposite of the spectrum, CRSW and Tim's soap require the least amount of water, for me.
