Not 100% sure why...but I decided that spending $10 on this micro "Laguiole" was what I wanted to do this gloomy Tuesday morning.
Specs:
"Walnut Wood Handle
256 Layer (1095/15N20) Steel Blade Oil Tempered to 58-60 MEASUREMENTS:
BLADE LENGTH 1.6"
HANDLE LENGTH 2.3"
TOTAL LENGTH 3.9"
Handle material: Walnut Wood , Brass Bolster
Pattern: Wind & twist pattern, File-work
Weight 25g"

So folded up it will be 2.3 inches long and if it cuts 'ok' it'll be fun enough to attach to my keychain as a somewhat different EDC knife.
I have rather low expectations about the quality but thought it looked good enough to at least take a gamble at it and for my cutting needs 'opening a box now and then and cutting off a piece of string' it might just do fine. If not it will be a christmas gift to some sucker

Seller is in Georgia so hopefully I'll see it next week.

and, hey, it comes with a leather sheath
