Well I bought a us-made Gillette gold rocket milord .....there's only 9 known to exist bought it for $250 probably worth around $1,500
Bought a beautiful toggle that I had replated
And bought a whole collection of Jeeves of Hudson Street soaps

The Guerrilla was was the biggest disapointment. I loved the look and feel but it was just to mild for me. Gutted.


There were a few razors which I loved but only had on loan. The Clog Pruf, GEM G-Bar and Cobra were stunning and I plan to own them in the future. Thanks to @Boru62 @Blademonkey and @Acer89 for their generosity and trust.

There were more which I liked and a lot more I didn't but I'll leave it there....

I have one at the moment. Very nice but damned difficult to acquire that's for sure.

Carlsberg is probably the worst pish I've ever drank, but the Cobra is the best razor I've used to date.
And it's the only modern razor I've tried that beats the vintage.
I was surprised because I didn't think you liked assertive razors.

I'd read the Cobra was aggressive and some even said dangerous. I was careful when I used it but it just seemed very intuitive and the most efficient and smoothness razor I've ever used before.
