15th DE shave

Prep: Warm water rinse, BBA Face Wash then Proraso Pre Shave
Soap: Proraso Green
Brush: ES Medium Jock synthetic
Razor: Merkur 34c
Blade: Feather High Stainless (3)
Post: Cold rinse, Thayers Witch Hazel with Cucumber then Proraso After Shave balm.

Another few selections from the Newbie Pass Around box and this time I stuck to my Merkur 34c. I also stuck with the Feather blade however towards the end it was beginning to drag ever so slightly, so new blade tomorrow.

I'm getting a thing about Prosaro products, as you can no doubt tell. They seem to just work for me and I specifically went for the green approach today. My face now feels really fresh and clean. Really smooth.

I'm definitely feeling my confidence grow and I'm settling into a routine which I'm repeating every night. I honestly thought my face wouldn't be able to cope with shaving every day but it's not suffering at all. It's me who's struggling to get used to the shaven look all day every day. I've had one or two people compliment me on the new “fresh” appearance!

The shave went reasonably well, with a few weepers just under my chin but they disappeared with the cold rinse. Using the Thayers Witch Hazel is new to me and was nice and pleasant, followed with the Prosaro balm. A nice fresh menthol scent.

I'm pleased with the shave today and am looking forward to breaking out the Alvarez Gomez Barberia cream and balm tomorrow night! [emoji51]

Thanks for all the help and tips so far! [emoji1360]

Have a great Friday night folks!

A great set up, you will love the Alvarez Gomez Barberia cream, a top performer with a fantastic scent, you must try the cologne at some point......wonderful! :) P.

@Norfolkdick I only have one use each on the E&F plates so I can not really offer an opinion on them. I have used the D plate about 30 times. I have found it to be an exceptionally smooth shaver while being very efficient. I found it to be smoother than the Timeless 0.95mm OC with less blade feel but more efficient. The quality of the craftsmanship is equal to razors costing much more. I will update my thoughts on the other plates when I have used them more. I hope this helps.
Greetings

Many thanks. Sorry for my late reply , I have been away all weekend, I look forward to your views as you use those plates more.

Regards
Dick.
