Greetings,

A new set up to start the weekend,it's been a while since i last paired my Fatip Grande up with a gillette sharpedge, a great combo, very smooth & efficient.

It's the maiden shave of the Anbbas Boar Brush which was another christmas gift to myself, a wonderful brush which i've gave a few hand latherings with a palmolive shave stick a cold water soaking for 1 hour finishing off with a johnsons baby shampoo & Cien tea tree oil conditioner wash, and a final warm water rinse this got rid of any packaging loose hairs & nasties. It has plenty of backbone and a nice amount of scritch, even after the pre soak & wash it did shread a few hairs while mixng the lather but, like most of the Boar brushes i have it'll be ok and perform wonderfully after it's 'Broken in' period.

The Maca Root cream provided me with a superb slick protective lather for my shave, of which i've finally taught myself what quantity of cream to use for my shave, instead of having enough to shave four people.

A wonderful 3 pass + pickups DFS with no errors to report.

Finish the shave off with a generous splash of Benjamins~ Mentholated Bay Rum A/S.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling devine.;)

Enjoy the start of the weekend, ladies & gentlemen.

Prep ~ Shower, Donkey & Goat milk soap
Razor ~ Ever-Ready Streamline
Blade ~ Gem SS Coated
Soap ~ Grooming Dept ~ After The Fire
Brush ~ Semouge OC Boar
Post ~ BBA Post Shave Balm
Scent ~ Shalimar by Guerlain

Wow, what a shave! My first use of this soap and it is slick! As slick as an oil spill and a great scent to boot, absolutely fantastic!
The greatness of the soap was matched by the streamline which is just as effective as my Level Two Sabre, Outstanding!
My face is as smooth as the smoothest beaver hat :)
BBA to finnish the shave followed by a spray or two of the wonderful Shalimar, looking good, smelling great! :)

Have a great weekend people........

A no nonsense shave this morning.
The super slickness provided by the Sudsey Soapery, let the General annihilate the stubble quickly and smoothly.
The decongesting qualities of both the soap and splash helped me feel almost human.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Morning shave.

Baxters of California Face Wash
P&B Spitfire
Thäter 4125/2
Little Wren Pottery
Gillette Fatboy
Gillette 7 O'Clock (yellow)
Extro Tabacco Aftershave/EdT
BBA Post Shave Balm

Feeling a little delicate this morning but my shave has refreshed me nicely. It's a shame about the big red spot on the end of my nose though. And although the Rudolph moniker may be seasonal, I don't find it original or particularly funny. I may have to withhold presents. Have a great weekend chaps.
