What can only be described, in my opinion, as a flawless shave. Cold water prep, cold soap, cold water rinse. Done. No issues, about 10 days' worth of growth mown down (yes, I did look somewhat 'shaggy'), so I'm clean for the next few days. Close and comfortable, can't ask for more than that!

    Who's next?! :D

That was an excellent start to the week.
The Italians know a thing or two about budget software, skin's smooth and feeling great.

Cracking shave with the great smelling soap on a sunny morning which lifts the spirits for the day ahead, find the Jabonman best leathered up using a synthetic brush to eliminate air bubbles.

Stirling margaritas in the arctic arrived, thought I would give it a go. Worked really well, I was not sure how I would like it as I was not impressed with a sample of Mountain Man I tried. Loads of lather, so much slickness. A really good shave today, the Personal Barber cheapo razor worked great. I seem to get a better shave from it than my Edwin Jagger DE89.

I just wish I had ordered the matching Witch Hazel to go with the soap as the smell is wonderful, will be great when the UK finally starts to get some sun.[IMG]

    Schick Proline P-30 (9)
    Omega Via Barberia Aquae
Nivea Balm & Davidoff Cool Water

A great shave, the blade can reach 10 uses at least and maybe push a handful more out of it. Been a while since I used both the Aquae and Davidoff, they complement each other very well in my opinion, glad the Aquae never sold in my listing.

A slight mishap after loading the brush I dropped it in a full sink, a few shakes and a lot of work gave a very good lather, slightly wetter than normal but it did a cracking job.

    Blade: Schick #3
    Razor: PAL Adjustable
    Soap: Nuavia Blu
Brush: Black Anvil Custom 2 band finest
Post: D R Harris Arlington Splash
    EDC: D R Harris Arlington

A great three pass shave achieve with the brilliant well balanced PAL set on "R" Most Aggressive.
Brush and soap combo worked up a beautiful slick lather with loads of cushion.

A little sunshine today so I went for one of my summer favourites "Arlington." I just wish the fragrance had more longevity on me.

    Enjoy your shaves! :)

Today`s Shave confirmed to me why I rate the PAL as one of my Top Injectors. Last Time out I varied the blade settings, and as a result had a rather unsatisfactory shave in terms of comfort/ efficiency.
Today with an excellent Lather and the Razor on a mid setting, it felt good in terms of nice blade feel and efficient whisker removal. Near the end of the Shave by using a light touch to do the polishing up strokes, obtained a superb all round finish. It looks like this and the Type F may well be vying for my top spot in the Injector rankings.

They say great minds think alike Mike.:)

I couldn't agree with you more. The PAL is an awesome bit of kit.

    Razor - Lord L6
    Blade - Voskhod (8)
    Brush - Zenith B07
    Soap - Arko
    Post - RSC Balm
    AS - Eyup Sabri Lemon

I generally get around 3 or 4 shaves with a Vosk, but this one seems to have gone much further - I think it was down to using it with 2 very mild heads for the majority of the shaves.

I have used my Zenith B07 for a few soaps and so far I have found it has worked the best with the Arko puck.

Picked up this old Merkur to see how it rated against the Legendary Slim, a decent finish on 5, prefer the blade feel & manoverability of the Slim, the Merkur handle is also a touch slippery. Slim wins..
