SOTD : Saturday 12th May - Friday 18th May 2018.

Thursday 17th May
Vig Shaving Tux
OSP Fougere
General Steel
Feather Pro #1
Alum Wash
Electrif's Bay Rum
Dove Instant Hydration Cream

I'm giving my lather catcher a break until I get my paddle strop delivered, as the wedge blade needs a better stropping medium.
In the meanwhile General Steel did a sterling job.

Thur 17th May

RazoRock Plissoft 22mm
Cyril Salter Solid soap
Supply SE V3- Plate No 3
Schick Proline [ 5 ]
Pitralon Polar A/S lotion

Though I get decent enough shaves with the Supply,I find that I have to work much harder with it than when using my heavy AC/SE Razors. I can imagine it would well suit those wishing to try out SE as an alternative to DE, but are wary of going Vintage.

Razor: Charcoal Goods lvl 3 SB | Anchor
Blade: Wizamet Super Iridium (9)
Brush: Dogwood | Declaration 'B5'
Soap & Splash: Declaration Grooming & Chatillon Lux 'Champs de Lavande'
EdT: Chatillon Lux 'Lavande Poivre'
Fantastic shave this morning and first shave with Declaration Grooming's Batch 5 knot. The hype is real; super soft tips, very dense, and great backbone. Stephen from Dogwood Handcrafts made a beautiful handle in the PK-47 shape with malachite and bronze colors. I am extremely happy with how the brush turned out and will definitely have to grab a few more B5s before this batch runs out (I missed B4).

Bleak but true - I have a copy of Dr Richard Leakey's 'The Sixth Extinction' in my book case behind me as I type. Let's go for it? Gorilla brushes? Silver back to silver tip is but a short hop, skip and and a jump. Yours - I.

...koala bear fur looks suitable...perhaps set in some well turned white rhino horn ivory carefully embellished with baby dolphin, tanned skin embellishments...
