Mont Blanc Presence - picked this one up cheap as chips, second-hand, barely used. Starts with an inherently soapy top but giving some apple and cinnamon further away from the skin. Smells very clean, not particularly 'natural' smelling but safe enough for the workplace. Won't gas anyone out with this one either. Don't know how much I'll wear this but for the price it's worth hanging on to, especially if you want a soapy-fresh fragrance.
Oud Stars Ceylon over Barrister & Mann Sinfonia Set.
The Jasmine and Apricot sits nice and works well with the Jasmine Sambac and Honey in the Ceylon cutting through the beastly Black Tea and Oud. Longevity and sillage are immense.
I've also a small sample of Areej le Dore Atlantic Ambergris on the back of my hand. This stuff is potent, medicinal to start with a barrage of cloves and cypriol but slowly settling down into a salty-waxy affair. An absolute powerhouse in its own right, with a price to match the quality of ingredients having gone into it. Smells like Jagermeister from the sample bottle.
