I do believe they are non-magnetic (finest zinc alloy) - so it will be a mission this evening - chewing gum on a screwdriver (or something similar) but need the pipe to dry slightly first.

Scent ~ L'Occitane Cade EDT

A leisurely shave with the Kropp 6/8 , nice and slow is the way to go!
The P.160 although old and long lost its scent is still a wonderful performer offering a slick and protective lather that must be one of the best I have had the pleasure of using, perfect. As was the shave, left with a smooth face with no nicks or irritation.
Finnished off with the application of the wonderful BBA PSB.
My scent for today was the lovely Cade by L'Occcitane, a generous sample given to me by a very nice man Wayne Pritchard, thank you my friend, it is very nice and I will be buying some, a fine bit of enabling if ever I did see

The Rapira SS seemed to be running out of juice in the DE89 so it was shifted into the Old Type and performed majestically.

Could be my first use of a Gillette Nacet blade and I have to say of the four Gillette blades I have tried it is my favourite, a very comfortable blade in the Parker. A superb lather from the Vitos, am glad I gave it another chance after a bad first use a few years ago. Great shave to start an otherwise wet and miserable day here in South Wales.​

Very impressed with it, which is good because I have about 200 of them from a trade last year Raining cats and dogs here, I'll keep my dog away from the river bank tonight, she and me ended up in it last time we were near it during bad rain!

Well isn't that lucky! If you decided at any point you didn't like them, you know where I am! Yeah same here... much rain. Then again, it feels like there aren't many days where it isn't raining here.

Yowch, she's a beauty though! I'll probably have a hard time coaxing my rain-adverse dog away from the sofa and out the front door... strangely though she doesn't mind puddles or rivers, especially if they're mud-based (see below)!

Edit: She decided it was truly delicious.

I added about 9g of tungsten putty to the Gibbs' handle so that overall weight (71g) is about the same as the 15/17, balance still good. Personna 74, TOBS Sandalwood.
