Rust on Treat blades

Ive a Treat blade in my head razor and a Permasharp in my face razor. They've both been used for 3 shaves and stored identically.
The Treat blade has rust near the cutting edge and the Permasharp doesn't.
When shoul I worry about the rust?
Is it normal for some blades to rust faster?

Carbon steel rusts bad. You need to wipe dry your blades after each use, or keep them outside the razor to air dry fast.

I had no idea what PIA carbon steel can be until I bought a Mora Bushcraft Black knife. Most useless knife in the house, I can't cut a tomato, or any food for that matter. It has to always stay covered in machine oil. God forbid I open a can of something with it, the edge might chip.

Just coat it with olive or mineral oil.
