Just watched 40 minutes of tv that took me back to my childhood. It featured John Noakes and his time as a presenter on Blue Peter. Daft lad and daredevil. I still can't believe that he climbed Nelsons Column without a safety harness! This, and other memorable Noakes escapades were featured. What a bloke. Happy memories for me.
