Poll: Facelathering vs Bowl lathering preference

In light of the fact that i now seem to switch to facelathering, i thought it would be interesting to see the general tendency.

What do you prefer?

I like to do both depending how I'm feeling on the day, I can't see much point in restricting yourself to one method only. It's great to be able to have a choice, just like having a choice of soaps, blades, brushes or razors. P.

I like to palm lather when using cream soaps, otherwise I lather straight from the soap container.

I seldom bowl lather now. When I do, it's with a cream, rather than soap.

I only face lather, didn't like palm lathering and don't have a proper bowl to lather in so just the face!

Well, i am going to do both too, since my EJ best badger i think isn't really made for facelathering, due to lack of backbone and i also suspect my Omega 24x60 is a bit too long lofted for facelathering, but i haven't tried yet, so these 2 will probably end up bowl lathering creams, but, my preference is facelathering, if that helps.

Damn, i forgot about palm lathering... Sorry... I guess you could call it the equivalent of bowl lathering though.

Face lather 99% of the time

I face lather most of the time ,although I like to use a bowl every now and again especially when it's a cream/croap.

I like the idea of a shaving bowl/scuttle, but I am too lazy to keep/wash another shaving related implement so it's face lathering all the way for me.

Face lather every time. A bowl is just something else to clean up and clutter the place up (like I haven't got tons of shaving crap hanging around already).
